At most coffee competitions, we remember the winning recipe. For AeroPress China 2026, we want to remember more than that. Every competitor arriving in Guiyang will bring their own way of brewing — different grind sizes, temperatures, ratios, techniques, ideas, and countless hours of practice behind them. Only one recipe will make the China Champion.

But that doesn’t mean the other recipes don’t matter.

That’s why we’re creating this page. After the championship, we hope to collect and share the recipes from our 2026 competitors here — not only the finalists, not only the champion, but as many competitors as possible.

Because a recipe that didn’t win could still make someone else’s morning better. It could inspire another brewer to try something new. It could become the starting point for a completely different recipe.

Or maybe it simply deserves to be remembered as part of someone’s journey to Guiyang.

There is no single “correct” way to brew with an AeroPress. That’s part of what makes it fun. Eventually, this page will become a living archive of the 2026 AeroPress Championship China — the people who competed, the coffees they brewed, and the recipes they created.
